Do you often suffer from panic or anxiety attacks which sometimes cause a great deal of burden with the way you deal with your peers? Recently, I came across a natural panic attack guide by Joe Barry titled Panic away.

Joe Barry Panic away claims to be able help you stop panic and anxiety attacks without the use of panic attack drugs or medication.

If you suffer from panic attacks, then you know how crippling the effects can be. It can cause you to lose concentration and unable to focus on your work and some people even developed low self esteem and confidence as a result of their illness.

Although panic attack drugs can help keep the symptoms of anxiety attacks under control, it does not cure the illness completely and unless you want to be dependable on drugs all your life, I sought to look for alternative panic attack cures and remedies.

Panic away is only about 60 pages long but it provides a step by step approach on how to stop panic attacks in its tracks before it happens. Joe Barry calls it the one move technique and it basically teaches you how to control your breathing whenever a panic attack is approaching.

Most panic attack sufferers know the symptoms before they happen such as heart racing fast, dilated pupils and hands trembling uncontrollably. Panic away relies on you knowing when it is about to happen and how to stop it before it escalates into a full scaled panic attack.

If you are not sure about the panic attack symptoms, Joe does provide a checklist of the common symptoms as a reference.

It does take some practice to get used to the breathing techniques taught by Joe but it isn´t difficult. Many people have stop panic attack problems completely using his teachings and if you want to stop relying on drugs and medications for the rest of your life, I recommend you take a look at Panic away.
